The process begins with a video call. Details about the wedding, every day style, and hopes and dreams are discussed. Date, time, and place are booked.
Appointments are to be hosted in client homes or other client-chosen private spaces. An appointment fee of $250 allows us to work our magic for you! This fee is credited towards your purchase!

Curation begins immediately after the discovery consultation. We begin to put together a look book, created based off of all of the information we gather during our initial contact. If needed, we will contact designers if loaner gowns are necessary. Once the look book is received, we look for feedback! Once feedback has been provided, we will select the best 5-8 gowns for your appointment.

We will be in touch within 48 hours of our scheduled appointment. This will allow us to finalize details of the experience: date, time, and place. We will do a final check-in to make sure your vision has not changed. Wedding dress shopping is a process, and this often happens! Don’t stress! We are great at pivoting! We will leave you assured your dream dress is on its way!

Annabel Charles will arrive prior to the scheduled appointment time to set up. Once settled, we will discuss the flow of the appointment and then, the magic begins. Expect champagne, curated music, the most beautiful gowns, and the best time as we find the gown of your dreams together!

Once your gown arrives, it will undergo a quality check before being hand-delivered, packaged carefully in a beautiful white box with Annabel Charles ribbon. During your first look, we’ll bring tissues and more champagne. Seamstress information is available for alterations, which we will gladly help you set up. Once you are an Annabel Charles bride, be on the lookout for more goodies and invites to special events!
